Admission and orientation

A candidate for the Jazz and Musical Dance Course has higher secondary education and has followed a preliminary course at the Theatre School or elsewhere before application.

In any event it is necessary that the candidate has taken classical and jazzdance classes for a number of years and that he is talented and motivated, has a strong personality, has a fine ear for music, and is in good physical condition. The admission procedure consists of three auditions. In the first and second auditions classical and jazz dance techniques are tested; in the final audition the student's creativity and voice are tested. If the result is positive, there is a general medical and physical test.

Candidates between the ages of 17 and 22 may apply for selection.
