Rules for lending
Students and teachers must register in order to borrow material. Identification is required. Others may register as well (identification likewise required).
In addition, by way of deposit, an authorisation form to the amount of 100 Euro must be signed, or a cash deposit of 100 Euro handed over prior to lending. This sum will be cashed by the library only in cases of neglect or loss.
To register, students must show their student card and bank or giro account card. Others must show personal identification (passport or driver's license), bank or giro account card and address identification (a recent bank statement).
Lending terms
- Maximum number of books to lend: 6 for students and teachers of the Theatre School, 4 for others. Lending period: 4 weeks. This period can (telephonicallly) be extended.
- Not available for lending: reference works, periodicals, rare and valuable books, video tapes, DVDs, CDs and sheet music.
- Fines: a fine must be paid per book per day.
The lender will be held fully liable for damage to or loss of material.
